Preset Labels for specific Sub-Category(s)
Hi devs,
There is a new user need for this app called “Pre-set Labeling”. The app allows 2 levels of Category - Main & Sub, which are really useful. However, truly Pro financial Professionals need a 3rd Level in the name of Labeling, which is a feature the app has already allowed.
However, Labeling is missing “Automation”! I want a specific category and its subcategory to always have 1+ specific Label(s) every time I key in a transaction having that sub-category.
This is really useful for Budgeting because a user will need to filter all Label that has #LivingCost. Keying…2 votes -

Ability to customize the colour themes as well as having abit more smaller representations as some have really huge font sizes making it look ugly. Thanks

Custom category icons
It would be nice to have the ability to customise the category icons using own pictures or own icons instead of having them all red. Values can remain all red for expenses but freedom to customize the icons

Budgets for single Accounts not for all Accounts automatic

Better system for the Payment TYPEs
- Types can be dragged into other Types as a sub type. Just like drag a file into a folder. But also can be dragged out.
- Types can be merged. After the merging. All payments with original type label will be auto switch to the new type

Daily balance after editing
If you look for an wrong balance, because you entered 1,98 instead of 1,89 you need lots of Time and you have no idea in what section this wrong transaction has it’s beginning. So PLEASE do a DAILY BALACE per account in the transaction section!!!!

It’s very hard to find a dialog to edit recipients. Please make this much easier as edit categories. Both is disgusting

It takes very long to insert amounts or select categories etc. if you wanna enter a few transactions it’s getting boring, because wasting time

Loans And Net Worth
I really like the app and in fact I have bought the lifetime premium version right away; but I think there is a big problem on how the app handle loans; if I have a 10000 car loan (I create a goal as you suggest) and I have already paid 7000, means that remain 3000 to pay and in in the goal section is a positive goal and this is neutral on my net worth but this is a loan and should be -3000 euros on my goal and -3000 on my net worth. Heat map for calendar
I think adding a heat map to the calendar will be excellent to know in which data you spent the most, and will also make for a great widget.
The attached screenshot is an example from fantastical.

exclude category in filter
In the filter window currently are shown the accounts and the periods. It would be great to have also categories, so I can exclude some categories from my reports

New sync service (other than iCloud)
iCloud is disabled on my corporate Mac and iPhone.
Can we have options other than iCloud drive to keep data in sync? (Google Drive, Dropbox etc)?

Apple Watch complication
Hi, why the both the Complication on Apple Watch since WatchOS 7 or on iOS 14 widget, the Budget never refresh real-time everytime I add transaction from Watch ? I must open the iOS App once so it will be refreshed.
It will be great if the Budget Complication on Watch can be directly updated whenever I add transaction, because Apple Watch now can directly connect to server without need the help of iPhone anymore, and also can be standalone App.Thanks.
